Tajrish Arg Complex is located in one of the most important and busiest squares of Tehran, on the north side of Tajrish Square, Saad Abad Street (Malki Street). This complex is built on a land of 75,000 square meters and has 10 floors, five of which are commercial and five are dedicated to parking. One of the unique features of Arg Complex is that it is equipped with an intelligent system.

In this complex, 20 escalators, 17 elevators (including 4 panoramic elevators and 9 with a capacity of over 1000 kg) and 6 moving walks have been installed and are being operated by Tamkin Foulad Asanbar team. The service and maintenance team of this company has been performing maintenance services since the beginning of the project.
